Neranjan Dissanayake is a seasoned technology strategist and CXO with over 15 years of experience in enterprise technology, cybersecurity, AI governance, cloud computing, and large scale digital transformation.
He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Just In Time Group, one of Sri Lanka’s leading technology systems integration companies, where he led strategic growth, governance, and complex enterprise programs, before founding TechNeura.

With a strong engineering foundation from the University of Moratuwa and continued executive and technical education through Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Johns Hopkins University, Oxford University, and IIM Calcutta, Neranjan brings a globally informed, practitioner led perspective to modern technology leadership.
He has architected and delivered mission critical platforms across BFSI, telecommunications,
government, and large enterprise environments, consistently bridging business strategy, technology risk, regulatory expectations, and long term sustainability.

He regularly advises boards, senior leaders, and regulators, and delivers executive and enterprise programs focused on practical, governance led, and outcome driven technology adoption
